Distribution is illegal in general, which should include OnlyFans unless it's not explicit content. Obviously people can get around blockers with a VPN, but I think the big point is that there aren’t really native Korean porn stars because publicizing that you make porn would get you in trouble. The best you can do is stuff without nudity.
I’m sure that you can find faceless native Korean women doing porn, but that wouldn’t fill demand for porn with faces. Ergo, deepfakes…
